Delete your account (English)

In the app: open "My account", tap "Delete account", then "Yes, delete for good". Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. A paid subscription is not cancelled automatically: cancel it in Google Play or in App Store settings.

Without the app: email privacy@pilates-assistant.com with the subject "Delete account" from the address linked to your account (or include the phone number you sign in with). We verify ownership and delete it within 30 days at most.

Deleted: the account and sign-in details (email, phone), linked devices and push tokens, the plan, all synced data (plans, history, exercises, settings, logo), and your substitute-board profile, availability, requests, offers, messages, blocks and the reports you filed.

Kept: the store purchase record, unlinked from you (accounting and refunds); reports other teachers filed about you (safety); the device trial record (random ID only). Plans stored on your device stay there until you uninstall the app. See the privacy policy.
