בקצרה
- השיעורים, התרגילים, ההיסטוריה וההגדרות נשמרים במכשיר שלך. האפליקציה עובדת בלי חשבון ובלי אינטרנט.
- חשבון נדרש רק ללוח המחליפות, להודעות בין מדריכות ולסנכרון בין מכשירים.
- אין פרסומות, אין כלי מעקב או סטטיסטיקה, ואנחנו לא מוכרים מידע לאף אחד.
מי אנחנו

בלי חשבון
כדי לנהל את תקופת הניסיון נשמר בשרת מזהה אקראי של המכשיר, סוג המערכת (אנדרואיד או iOS) ותאריכי השימוש. זה כל המידע.
עם חשבון
- פרטי כניסה: כתובת מייל או מספר טלפון. מספר הטלפון נשמר מוצפן.
- מכשירים: שם הדגם או השם שנתת למכשיר, סוג המערכת ומועד השימוש האחרון (עד שני מכשירים לחשבון).
- התראות: מזהה התראות (push) של המכשיר ושפת האפליקציה.
- מנוי ורכישות: סוג המנוי, תוקפו ומזהה הרכישה מ-Google Play או מ-App Store. פרטי האשראי לא מגיעים אלינו.
- סנכרון (רק במנוי פעיל): השיעורים, היסטוריית השיעורים, תרגילים שיצרת, הגדרות הסטודיו והלוגו.
- לוח מחליפות: שם תצוגה, עיר, אזורים, מכשירים ורמות, זמינות, הצהרה על הסמכה, בקשות להחלפה (כולל כתובת הסטודיו והערות), הצעות ותשובות, הודעות בין מדריכות, חסימות ודיווחים.
מספר הטלפון שלך מוצג למדריכה אחרת רק אחרי ששתיכן אישרתן החלפה, ורק לשתיכן.
למי המידע מועבר
- Hetzner (גרמניה): אחסון השרת.
- Google Firebase: שליחת התראות לטלפון.
- Google Play ו-Apple App Store: תשלום ואימות רכישות.
- Gmail: שליחת קוד הכניסה במייל.
- TimelinesAI ו-WhatsApp: שליחת קוד הכניסה בוואטסאפ. הם מקבלים את מספר הטלפון ואת הקוד.
- OpenStreetMap: חיפוש סטודיו באזור. נשלחים רק שם העיר או מיקום מעוגל, בלי פרטים שלך.
מידע יימסר לרשויות רק אם החוק מחייב זאת.
אבטחה
כל התקשורת מוצפנת (HTTPS). מספרי טלפון נשמרים מוצפנים, וקודי הכניסה ומפתחות ההתחברות נשמרים רק כגיבוב (hash). קוד כניסה תקף 10 דקות.
כמה זמן נשמר המידע
- מידע החשבון נשמר עד שתמחקי את החשבון. אפשר לעשות זאת בכל רגע: איך מוחקים חשבון.
- בקשות החלפה בלוח, עם ההצעות והתשובות שלהן, וגם התראות בתיבה, נמחקות 90 יום אחרי מועד השיעור.
- רישומי אבטחה קצרים (למשל ניסיונות כניסה) נמחקים אחרי יום.
- אחרי מחיקת החשבון נשארים רק: רישום הרכישה מהחנות בלי קישור לחשבון (לצורכי חשבונאות והחזרים), דיווחים שמדריכות אחרות הגישו עלייך (לצורכי בטיחות), ורישום תקופת הניסיון של המכשיר. הרישום הזה הוא מזהה אקראי בלבד, בלי קשר אלייך, והוא נשמר כדי שאי אפשר יהיה לפתוח תקופת ניסיון מחדש בלי סוף.
- המידע שבמכשיר נמחק כשמסירים את האפליקציה.

Privacy policy (English)

Who we are: Pilates Assistant is developed and operated by Alpha POC, the data controller. Privacy questions: privacy@pilates-assistant.com.
On your device: lesson plans, exercises, history and settings stay on your device. The app works without an account and offline. No ads, no analytics or tracking SDKs, and we never sell data.
Without an account we store a random device ID, the platform and usage dates, only to run the free trial.
With an account (needed only for the substitute board, teacher messages and multi-device sync) we store: your email or phone number (phone encrypted); device model/name, platform and last use (up to 2 devices); a push token and app language; plan type, expiry and the Google Play / App Store purchase ID (we never see card details); synced plans, history, custom exercises, studio settings and logo (active plan only); and board data: display name, city, regions, apparatus, levels, availability, certification declaration, substitute requests (including studio address and notes), offers, messages, blocks and reports. Your phone number is shown to another teacher only after you both confirm a booking.
Processors: Hetzner (hosting, Germany), Google Firebase (push), Google Play and Apple (payments), Gmail (email codes), TimelinesAI / WhatsApp (WhatsApp codes: they receive the phone number and code), OpenStreetMap (studio search, which receives only a city or rounded location). We disclose data to authorities only where the law requires it.
Security: HTTPS everywhere; phones encrypted; sign-in codes and tokens stored only as hashes; codes expire after 10 minutes.
Retention: until you delete your account (how to delete it). Substitute requests with their offers, and inbox items, are deleted 90 days after the class date. Security logs are kept for 1 day. After deletion we keep only the store purchase record (unlinked from you, for accounting and refunds), reports other teachers filed about you (for safety), and the device trial record (a random ID only, not linked to you, kept so the free trial cannot be restarted endlessly).
Your rights: to access, correct or delete your data, email privacy@pilates-assistant.com from the email or phone number linked to your account. The app is meant for certified Pilates instructors and is not intended for anyone under 18.
